Christopher Robinson (bishop)

Christopher Robinson (born c. 1946) is a retired Anglican bishop. He served as the Bishop of Nevada in the Episcopal Church from 2009 to 2014.

Robinson graduated from Bates College and Nashotah House Seminary. He was ordained to the diaconate in 1971 and to the priesthood in 1972. Prior to his consecration as bishop, he served in various parishes in the Dioceses of Maine and Milwaukee.

In 2009, Robinson was elected and consecrated as the Bishop of Nevada. He succeeded Katharine Jefferts Schori, who had become Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church. As Bishop of Nevada, he oversaw the congregations and ministries within the diocese.

Robinson retired from his position as Bishop of Nevada in 2014.
