Charles Anthony (politician)

Charles Anthony (born August 20, 1960) is a former Democratic member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing the 77th District from 2000 to 2008. The 77th District encompassed parts of Palm Beach County.

Anthony was born in West Palm Beach, Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University and a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University. He is an attorney by profession.

During his time in the Florida House, Anthony served on various committees, including those related to education, health care, and the judiciary. He was known for his advocacy on behalf of senior citizens and environmental protection. He was term-limited in 2008.

Following his service in the Florida House, Anthony continued to practice law in Palm Beach County.
