Buharkent
Buharkent is a town and district in the Aydın Province of Turkey, located in the Aegean Region. It is situated inland, to the east of the provincial capital of Aydın. Buharkent is known for its agricultural production, particularly figs and cotton. The local economy is largely based on agriculture. The town is relatively small and possesses a rural character. It lies near the Büyük Menderes River (Meander River). The area has a Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and mild, wet winters.
