Bethesda Presbyterian Church (Aberdeen, North Carolina)

Bethesda Presbyterian Church is a historic Presbyterian church located in Aberdeen, Moore County, North Carolina. It is a member congregation of the Presbyterian Church (USA). The church was organized in 1790, initially known as the "Bethesda Meeting House." The original log structure was replaced with a frame building around 1800.

The current church building, a Late Gothic Revival style structure, was constructed in 1927-1928. It features a cruciform plan, pointed arch windows, and a prominent bell tower. The sanctuary boasts stained glass windows and wooden pews.

The adjacent Bethesda Cemetery contains graves dating back to the late 18th century, providing valuable genealogical information about the early settlers of the area. The church and cemetery serve as important historical landmarks within the Aberdeen community, reflecting the religious and social heritage of the region.
