Belveglio

Belveglio is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Asti in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 45 kilometres (28 miles) southeast of Turin and about 15 kilometres (9 miles) southwest of Asti. As of December 31, 2004, it had a population of 338 and an area of 5.4 square kilometres (2.1 sq mi).

Belveglio borders the following municipalities: Cortiglione, Mombercelli, Rocchetta Tanaro, and Vinchio. The economy is primarily agricultural, with notable production of wine grapes.
