Bela (Kasaragod)
Bela is a village in the Kasaragod district of Kerala, India. It is located in the northernmost part of the state, close to the border with Karnataka. Bela is primarily known for the Ananthapura Lake Temple, believed to be the original seat (Moolasthana) of Anantapadmanabha Swami, the presiding deity of the Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple in Thiruvananthapuram.
