Attert (river)

The Attert is a river in western Europe, flowing through Luxembourg and Belgium. It is a right tributary of the Alzette river.

Geography:

The Attert rises in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, near the village of Attert, from which it takes its name. It flows generally northward, crossing into Belgium (Wallonia, province of Luxembourg) before re-entering Luxembourg shortly before its confluence with the Alzette.
