Art Malik
Art Malik (born Arthar Ul-Haq Malik on November 13, 1952) is a Pakistani-born British actor known for his versatility across film, television, and theatre. He gained international recognition for his role as Hari Kumar in the 1984 television miniseries The Jewel in the Crown.
Malik's career spans several decades and encompasses a wide range of roles, often portraying characters of diverse ethnic backgrounds. He has appeared in prominent films such as A Passage to India (1984), True Lies (1994), The Living Daylights (1987), where he played the villainous Kamran Shah, and The Wolfman (2010).
His television credits include significant roles in Holby City, Upstairs, Downstairs, Cold Feet, Doctor Who, Borgia, and Homeland. Malik has also been involved in stage productions, demonstrating his range as a performer.
