Andy (1976 album)

Andy is the eponymous debut studio album by American singer Andy Gibb, released in 1976 on RSO Records. The album was produced by Albhy Galuten, Barry Gibb, and Karl Richardson. It featured the hit singles "I Just Want to Be Your Everything", which reached number one in the United States, and "(Love Is) Thicker Than Water", which reached number one in the United States and number two in the United Kingdom. Other singles from the album include "Toney Ski", which was a minor hit. The album reached number three on the Billboard 200 chart. All songs were written by Andy Gibb, except "(Love Is) Thicker Than Water" which was co-written with his brother Barry Gibb. The album solidified Andy Gibb's status as a teen idol and a rising pop star in the late 1970s.
