Andrew Higginson (businessman)
Andrew Higginson is a British businessman prominent in the retail and grocery sectors. He is best known for his long tenure and leadership roles at Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC (Morrisons).
Higginson joined Morrisons in 1998 as Group Finance Director and later became Chief Operating Officer. He played a key role in the company's significant growth and its acquisition of Safeway in 2004. Following the departure of Sir Ken Morrison, Higginson held the role of Chairman of Morrisons from 2015 until 2021.
