Andrea Miller is an American publisher and editor, primarily known for her work in feminist media and independent publishing. She is the founder and former editor and publisher of Seal Press, a pioneering feminist press originally based in Seattle, Washington.

Miller founded Seal Press in 1976 with a focus on publishing work by women writers across various genres, including fiction, non-fiction, poetry, and health guides. The press played a significant role in amplifying women's voices and addressing topics relevant to the feminist movement. Over the years, Seal Press published numerous award-winning and influential books that explored themes of gender, sexuality, social justice, and personal empowerment.

After many years of independent operation, Seal Press was acquired by Perseus Books Group in 2005, and later became an imprint of Hachette Book Group. Miller remained involved with the press for a period following the acquisition.
