Due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, Flo Rida was unable to join Senhit for the first rehearsals. He arrived in Rotterdam shortly before the semi-final.

The song qualified from the second semi-final, finishing in ninth place. In the grand final, "Adrenalina" finished in 22nd place with 50 points. The performance was noted for its vibrant staging and energetic choreography.
