Actiance, Inc. (now Verba) was a software company specializing in compliance, security, and archiving solutions for electronic communications. Its software helped organizations capture, analyze, and manage a wide range of communication data to meet regulatory requirements, mitigate risks, and improve business performance.

Actiance's products were designed to address the growing complexities of electronic communication compliance, particularly in highly regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, and government. Their offerings covered areas such as:
