2018–19 Serie A1 (men's water polo)

The 2018–19 Serie A1 season was the 100th season of the Serie A1, the top tier of Italian men's water polo. The season began on October 6, 2018, and concluded with the championship series in May 2019.

The league featured 14 teams competing in a round-robin regular season, after which the top eight teams qualified for a playoff stage to determine the national champion. Teams that finished in the bottom of the regular season standings faced relegation playoffs.

Pro Recco won the championship, defeating AN Brescia in the final series. This marked Pro Recco's 33rd national title and continued their dominance in Italian water polo.
