2018–19 National Basketball League (Bulgaria) season

The 2018–19 National Basketball League (NBL) season was the 78th season of the top professional basketball league in Bulgaria. The season began in October 2018 and concluded in May 2019.

BC Levski Lukoil were the defending champions, having won the title in the 2017–18 season.

The season featured several teams competing for the championship title. The regular season standings determined seeding for the playoffs. The playoffs consisted of a series of best-of-series matches between the top teams.

The eventual champion of the 2018–19 NBL season was BC Levski Lukoil, securing their second consecutive title.
