The 1991 Grand Prix was a professional ranking snooker tournament that took place from October 12 to 20, 1991, at the Bournemouth International Centre in Bournemouth, England.

Stephen Hendry won the tournament, defeating Steve James 10–6 in the final. This was Hendry's second Grand Prix title.
