Yanxi Liu
Yanxi Liu is a professor in the Machine Learning Department at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). Her research focuses on the intersection of machine learning, computer vision, and medical image analysis. She is known for her work on developing machine learning algorithms for analyzing medical images to improve diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment planning.
Liu received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Prior to joining CMU, she held positions at IBM Research.
