Ungaran

Ungaran is a town and the capital of Semarang Regency in Central Java, Indonesia. It is located south of the city of Semarang. Ungaran is situated at the foot of Mount Ungaran, giving it a cooler climate than the coastal areas to the north.

Ungaran serves as an important transportation hub, connecting Semarang with other cities in Central Java, such as Surakarta (Solo) and Yogyakarta. The town is accessible by road and is a common stop for buses traveling between these cities.
