This Life (Take That album)

This Life is the ninth studio album by British pop group Take That, released on 24 November 2023 through EMI Records. It is their first studio album since 2017's Wonderland, marking the longest gap between Take That studio albums to date.

The album features the lead single "Windows," released in September 2023, as well as the follow-up singles "Brand New Sun" and "You and Me". The album sees Take That continue their evolution in sound, exploring themes of reflection, resilience, and hope. It was recorded primarily in Nashville and London.

This Life debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart, becoming Take That's ninth UK number-one album. The album received generally positive reviews from critics, with many praising the band's songwriting and musical maturity.
