The Proposal (Australian TV series)

The Proposal is an Australian reality television series that aired on the Seven Network in 2019. The series, produced by Warner Bros. International Television Production Australia, followed individuals looking for love who were presented with eight potential partners. Over the course of an hour, the "proposer" eliminated candidates based on first impressions, swimwear rounds, talent displays, and questioning, culminating in the proposer offering a marriage proposal to one of the remaining candidates.

The series was hosted by James Tobin. "The Proposal" received low ratings and was generally negatively received by critics, who criticized its premise as exploitative and shallow. Its single season consisted of six episodes.
