Sefwi-Akontombra (Ghana parliament constituency)

Sefwi-Akontombra is a constituency in Ghana. It is represented in the Parliament of Ghana by a Member of Parliament (MP). The constituency is located in the Western North Region of Ghana. The current MP for Sefwi-Akontombra is Alex Djornobuah Tetteh of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

The constituency's boundaries are defined by the Electoral Commission of Ghana. Historically, the Sefwi-Akontombra constituency has been a competitive seat between the NPP and the National Democratic Congress (NDC). Elections in the constituency, like others in Ghana, are held every four years. Voters elect one Member of Parliament to represent them in the national legislature. The economy of the area is largely based on agriculture, including cocoa farming.
