Sde Nahum

Sde Nahum (Hebrew: שְׂדֵה נַחוּם, lit. Nahum's Field) is a kibbutz located in the Beit She'an Valley in northern Israel. Founded in 1937 as a "Tower and Stockade" settlement, it is affiliated with the Kibbutz Movement (HaTenu'a HaKibbutzit).

The kibbutz's economy is based primarily on agriculture, including field crops, orchards (particularly dates), and dairy farming. It also has industrial enterprises. Sde Nahum is named after Nahum Sokolow, a Zionist leader and writer. The founders were immigrants from Poland and other European countries.

In addition to its economic activities, Sde Nahum maintains community facilities such as a dining hall, swimming pool, sports fields, and cultural center. It also offers educational programs for its members and children.
