Sde Boaz
Sde Boaz (Hebrew: שדה בועז, meaning "Field of Boaz") is a community settlement located in the Negev region of southern Israel. It falls under the jurisdiction of the Sdot Negev Regional Council.
The community was established in 2005 as part of a larger government initiative to strengthen and develop the Negev region. It is primarily agricultural, focusing on advanced farming techniques and sustainable agriculture. Sde Boaz offers its residents a rural lifestyle with a strong sense of community. The name is derived from the biblical figure Boaz, who owned fields in the area around Bethlehem.
