Savisaar

Edgar Savisaar (1950-2022) was an Estonian politician, one of the founders of the Popular Front of Estonia, and a significant figure in Estonia's transition from Soviet rule to independence. He served as the Prime Minister of Estonia from 1990 to 1992 and later as the Mayor of Tallinn from 2007 to 2015.
