Paul Moody (footballer)
Paul Moody is an English former professional footballer who played as a forward.
Moody began his career as a youth player at Southampton, turning professional in 1986. He failed to break into the first team and was released.
He subsequently joined Aldershot Town, making his Football League debut in 1987. He went on to make a significant number of appearances for the club before they were expelled from the Football League and subsequently liquidated in 1992.
Following Aldershot Town's demise, Moody signed for Farnborough Town. He played for Farnborough and a number of other non-league clubs including Bashley, Havant & Waterlooville, Newport (IOW), and Fleet Town.
Information regarding his career after leaving professional football is less readily available, and details of his playing statistics are incomplete.
