Paul Miller is an American politician from North Carolina. He served as a Republican member of the North Carolina House of Representatives representing District 91, which encompasses Alexander and Wilkes counties.

Miller was first elected to the House in 2016, succeeding Jeffrey Elmore, who ran for and won a seat in the North Carolina Senate. He was re-elected in subsequent election cycles. During his tenure, Miller served on various House committees, including but not limited to Appropriations, Education, and Judiciary committees.
