Natalie Morales (born June 6, 1985) is an American actress. She is known for her roles in television series such as Parks and Recreation (as Lucy), White Collar (as Lauren Cruz), The Grinder (as Rita Boyle), Santa Clarita Diet (as Anne Garcia), and Dead to Me (as Michelle Gutierrez). Morales has also appeared in films including Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps, Going the Distance, Battle of the Sexes, Stuber, and Plan B. She made her directorial debut with the film Language Lessons, which she co-wrote, produced, and starred in. Her work spans comedy and drama.
