Mona Singh (scientist)

Mona Singh is an American computer scientist known for her research in computational biology, particularly in the development and application of algorithms for understanding protein networks, biological pathways, and disease mechanisms. She is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Princeton University, and also holds appointments in the Princeton Institute for Computational Science and Engineering (PICSciE) and the Lewis-Sigler Institute for Integrative Genomics.

Singh's research focuses on integrating diverse types of biological data, such as protein-protein interactions, gene expression profiles, and genomic sequences, to gain insights into cellular processes and human diseases.
