Mark Potter (judge)

Mark Potter is a British judge. He served as a Lord Justice of Appeal in England and Wales from 2000 to 2009. Prior to his appointment to the Court of Appeal, he was a Justice of the High Court, assigned to the Chancery Division. He was called to the Bar at Gray's Inn and specialized in commercial law before his judicial appointments. He is known for his expertise in intellectual property law, particularly patents, and has written extensively on the subject. After retiring from the Court of Appeal, he has continued to be involved in legal matters, including acting as an arbitrator and mediator.
