Maderuelo is a municipality located in the province of Segovia, in the autonomous community of Castile and León, Spain. It is situated in the northeast of the province and belongs to the Comarca de Riaza.

History: Maderuelo has a rich history dating back to Roman times, although its strategic importance grew significantly during the Middle Ages.
