List of Padma Shri award recipients (1954–1959)

The Padma Shri is the fourth highest civilian award in the Republic of India, after the Bharat Ratna, Padma Vibhushan and Padma Bhushan. It is awarded by the Government of India annually. Recipients are selected based on their distinguished contributions to various fields including, but not limited to, arts, education, industry, literature, science, sports, medicine, social service and public affairs. The award is conferred by the President of India at a ceremony held at Rashtrapati Bhavan usually around March/April each year.

This list contains individuals who were awarded the Padma Shri between the years 1954 and 1959. It is organized chronologically by year.
