Lipje, Velenje

Lipje is a village in the Municipality of Velenje, in northern Slovenia. It is part of the traditional region of Styria, and is now included in the Savinja Statistical Region. The village is located southwest of the city of Velenje, nestled amongst the hills. The area is primarily rural, with agriculture and forestry being important aspects of the local economy.
