Leon Williams (American football)
Leon Williams (born September 25, 1971) is a former American football linebacker. He played college football at the University of Miami.
Williams was drafted by the San Diego Chargers in the eighth round of the 1993 NFL Draft. He played for the Chargers from 1993 to 1997, including their Super Bowl XXIX appearance. After his time with the Chargers, he played for the Philadelphia Eagles in 1998 and 1999. He concluded his NFL career with the Oakland Raiders in 2000.
Williams played a total of 105 NFL games over his eight-year career, primarily as a special teams player and backup linebacker.
