Ini (Georgian letter)

Ini (ინ) is the 11th letter of the Georgian alphabet. It is pronounced as /ɪ/, similar to the "i" in "bit" or "kit" in English. In the Georgian numbering system, Ini represents the number 20. It is part of the Mkhedruli script, the most common script used in modern Georgian. Its corresponding letters in the older scripts, Asomtavruli and Nuskhuri, also exist, though those scripts are no longer in common use for contemporary writing. The shape of Ini is distinct and easily recognizable within the Georgian alphabet.
