Hans Olsson (alpine skier)

Hans Olsson (born March 27, 1984, in Mora, Sweden) is a Swedish former alpine ski racer specializing in the technical disciplines of slalom and giant slalom, but also competing in super-G and downhill. He represented Sweden in three Winter Olympics (2006, 2010, and 2014) and several World Championships.

Olsson achieved multiple top-ten finishes in World Cup races, with his best result being a second-place finish in the Alta Badia giant slalom in 2015. He was known for his aggressive and athletic skiing style. He retired from professional ski racing in March 2017. Since his retirement, he has been involved in various ski-related projects and commentary. He is the older brother of alpine skier Jon Olsson.
