Synopsis:

Madeline Matheson (Jordan Ladd) is a young woman deeply committed to natural childbirth and holistic living. When a tragic car accident claims the life of her husband and seemingly her unborn child, Madeline refuses to give up hope and insists on carrying the pregnancy to term. Miraculously, the baby, Grace, survives. As Grace grows, Madeline notices increasingly disturbing behaviors. Grace refuses all breast milk and exhibits an insatiable craving for blood. Madeline struggles to balance her ideals with the horrifying reality of her child's condition, leading to a desperate fight to protect both Grace and herself.
