Frederick Wills (Guyana)

Frederick Hilborn Talbot Wills (1928 – 1992) was a prominent Guyanese politician, diplomat, and lawyer. He served as Guyana's Minister of Foreign Affairs from 1972 to 1978 under the government of Forbes Burnham. During his tenure as Foreign Minister, Wills played a significant role in Guyana's foreign policy, particularly within the Non-Aligned Movement and the Caribbean Community (CARICOM).
