Fonda Lee

Fonda Lee is a Canadian-American author of fantasy and science fiction. She is best known for her award-winning Green Bone Saga, which includes the novels Jade City (2017), Jade War (2019), and Jade Legacy (2021).

Lee's work often explores themes of family, honor, tradition, and the intersection of magic and modernity. She is noted for her intricate world-building, compelling characters, and action-packed narratives. Her stories often feature diverse casts and cultural influences drawn from East Asian and martial arts traditions.

Prior to becoming a full-time author, Lee worked as a corporate strategist. She holds a black belt in Kung Fu and currently resides in Calgary, Alberta.
