Don Wade
Don Wade (born August 3, 1931, died November 16, 2002) was an American radio personality best known for co-hosting the Wade and Lantz show on WLS-AM in Chicago. The show, co-hosted with Roma Lantz, aired from 1972 to 1986 and was known for its conservative political commentary and humor.
Wade began his radio career in the 1950s and worked at various stations before joining WLS. He was a staunch conservative and often used the show to express his views on politics and current events. He and Lantz developed a large and loyal following in the Chicago area.
After the Wade and Lantz show ended, Wade continued to work in radio, including stints at other Chicago stations. He also wrote columns for newspapers and magazines.
