Deb Shops

Deb Shops was a national retail chain in the United States, primarily focused on offering fast-fashion apparel and accessories to young women and plus-size women. Founded in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 1939, the company initially operated under the name "Debby Shops."

The chain was known for its trendy and affordable clothing, targeting a demographic of teenage girls and young women seeking up-to-date styles. Merchandise included clothing, shoes, jewelry, and other accessories. Deb Shops operated a large number of stores across the United States, primarily in shopping malls and retail centers.

Deb Shops filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection twice, once in 2011 and again in 2014. The second bankruptcy filing ultimately led to the liquidation of the company. All Deb Shops stores were closed by the end of 2015. The brand no longer operates in a brick-and-mortar retail format. As of the current date, there is no active online retail presence associated with the Deb Shops brand.
