David Snow (American football)
David Snow (born July 14, 1989) is a former American football guard. He played college football at Texas and was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the seventh round of the 2012 NFL Draft.
Early Life and High School:
Snow attended Gilmer High School in Gilmer, Texas, where he was a standout offensive lineman. He was a highly-rated recruit and considered one of the top offensive guard prospects in the nation.
College Career:
Snow played college football for the University of Texas Longhorns from 2008 to 2011. He started at guard for multiple seasons and was a key contributor to the Longhorns' offensive line. He was known for his strength and run-blocking ability. He played in the 2010 BCS National Championship Game against Alabama.
Professional Career:
Snow was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the seventh round (215th overall) of the 2012 NFL Draft. He spent time on the Bills' practice squad and active roster. He was later signed by the Pittsburgh Steelers and spent time on their practice squad. Snow also played for the Washington Redskins, again primarily on the practice squad. He was released by the Redskins in 2014 and his professional career ended shortly thereafter.
