David Robinson (Irish politician)

David Robinson is an Irish politician who served as a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Dublin South-Central constituency from 2011 to 2016. He was elected to Dáil Éireann at the 2011 general election, representing the Social Democrats.

Robinson previously served as a councillor on Dublin City Council representing the South West Inner City area.

During his time in Dáil Éireann, Robinson served on various committees, including the Public Accounts Committee and the Environment, Culture and the Gaeltacht Committee. His areas of focus included housing, urban regeneration, and social justice issues.

He lost his seat at the 2016 general election. Following his departure from the Dáil, he has remained active in political and community affairs.
