David Millar (civil servant)

David Millar (born 1945) is a British civil servant who served in various roles within the UK government, primarily focused on economic policy and regulation. He is best known for his extensive career in the Treasury, culminating in his role as Director General, Fiscal Policy, and for his subsequent appointment as Chief Executive of the Financial Reporting Council (FRC).
