Cholupice

Cholupice is a district (Czech: městská část) of Prague, Czech Republic. It is located in the southern part of the city, within the administrative district of Prague 12. Historically a small village, Cholupice was incorporated into Prague in 1974. The area is primarily residential, characterized by family homes and a more rural atmosphere compared to the central districts of Prague. Cholupice is located near the Modřany gorge and is known for its proximity to nature and recreational opportunities, including hiking and cycling trails. It is also known for having a number of sports facilities including a golf course. Public transportation is available, connecting Cholupice to other parts of Prague via bus lines.
