Carlos Ramírez (BMX rider)

Carlos Ramírez (born March 12, 1994) is a Colombian BMX racing cyclist. He is a two-time Olympic bronze medalist, having won medals at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro and the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. Ramírez specializes in the BMX racing discipline, where riders compete on a purpose-built dirt track featuring jumps, rollers, and banked turns. He has also represented Colombia at multiple UCI BMX World Championships, Pan American Games, and other international competitions. His consistent performance at the highest levels of the sport has made him a prominent figure in Colombian cycling.
