Beauronne (Les Lèches)

The Beauronne is a river located in the Dordogne department of southwestern France. It is a right-bank tributary of the Isle river.

The Beauronne's source is near the village of Saint-Jean-d'Ataux. It flows generally southwest, passing through or near the communes of Saint-Germain-du-Salembre, Neuvic, and Vallereuil. It joins the Isle at Les Lèches.

The river is approximately 25 kilometers (16 miles) long. Its drainage basin covers an area of roughly 100 square kilometers.

The Beauronne is primarily a rural river, flowing through agricultural land and woodland. Fishing is a common activity along its banks. The river's flow can vary significantly depending on rainfall.
