Synopsis

The film centers around Tom Jaeger (Mark Lindsay Chapman), a race car driver who is the spitting image of a robotic assassin programmed years earlier and then deactivated due to its dangerous and uncontrollable nature. The original robot, known as Annihilator, is reactivated by terrorists who seek to use it for their nefarious purposes. Jaeger must then team up with the scientist who created the Annihilator, Dr. Taylor (Susan Blakely), to stop the robot doppelganger before it causes widespread destruction. The film follows Jaeger's struggle to differentiate himself from the murderous robot and his efforts to thwart the terrorists' plans.
