Anna Puu

Anna Puu (born Anna Puustjärvi on February 3, 1982) is a Finnish singer, songwriter, and television personality. She rose to fame as the runner-up in the second season of the Finnish reality television show Idols in 2005.

Following Idols, Anna Puu signed a recording contract with RCA Records and released her self-titled debut album in 2009. The album was a commercial success, reaching number one on the Finnish Albums Chart. She has since released several other successful albums, including Sahara (2010), Antaudun (2012), Rakkaudella Anna Puu (2015), and Nälkäinen sydän (2018).

Anna Puu's music style is often described as pop with elements of rock and electronica. Her lyrics are typically introspective and deal with themes of love, loss, and self-discovery.

In addition to her music career, Anna Puu has also worked as a judge on the Finnish version of The Voice and The Voice Kids. She has also hosted her own television show. She is considered one of Finland's most popular and respected female artists.
