Ann Kim

Ann Kim is a Korean-American chef and restaurateur based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She is best known for her innovative pizza restaurants, which blend traditional Korean flavors and techniques with classic Italian-American pizza styles.

Kim's culinary journey began unconventionally. After graduating from Columbia University with a theater degree, she pursued acting in New York City. However, she ultimately discovered her passion for cooking. She is a self-taught chef.

Kim owns and operates several highly acclaimed restaurants in Minneapolis, including Pizzeria Lola, Kim's, Young Joni's, and Hello Pizza.
