Angus MacDonald (SNP politician)
Angus MacDonald (born 1963) is a Scottish politician and a former Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) for the Falkirk East constituency. He was first elected in the 2011 Scottish Parliament election and re-elected in 2016.
Prior to entering parliament, MacDonald worked in local government, including roles as a councillor. His political interests and activities while in the Scottish Parliament centered on issues affecting his constituency, including local services, infrastructure, and economic development. He served on various parliamentary committees during his tenure.
In the 2021 Scottish Parliament election, MacDonald did not stand for re-election.
